What hurts me the most is putting myself in Jesse’s shoes. 6 months in a cage as a slave being treated like an animal, the one time you escape they make you watch as they kill the love of your life and torture you day in and day out just to make them more money while you just want to die. All because of Walt. He tried his hardest to get out and he was broken because of it

Jesse probably suffered the most through the series. Dude was first almost arrested by the DEA, beaten the piss out of by tuco, his parents kicked him out of their house because of his little brothers joint, his parents then took the house he was living in, his motorcycle got stolen, he then fell in love and woke up to her dead next to him, then was under Gus, then beaten more, he was betrayed by Walt in the worst ways, then enslaved, then watch Andrea get killed for no reason. Jesse saw Walt as a bit of a father figure, and it was clear, with him calling him Mr White instead of just Walt or Walter. He had a lot of respect for him. Poor dude honestly. Just wanted some cash

El Camino quite literally broke me into tears when I saw what they did to Jesse… he deserved none of that. Skinny Pete was my favorite out of his friend group, he truly really cared about Jesse. So did Badger.

Love how in the show “Breaking Bad”, Badger and Skinny are almost viewed as peers by Jesse, rather than friends because they only show up when there is something to gain. But in “El Camino”, Jesse realizes that they were ride or die for him the whole time.
