Kyrie Irving Makes the Case for Luka Doncic Being MVP

People forgot Kyrie missed a big chunk of the season. Kyrie missed 20+ games, Lively missed 20+ games and counting, Exum missed 20+ games, Josh missed 20+ games. Those missed games played a big part in their early standings since these are obviously key/rotational players. And they were like 29-23 before the trade deadline. Luka has to go ballistic around January (around the time he dropped the 30+ triple double for consecutive games) just to keep the Mavs afloat in the West and not falling lower than 8th seed. And when PJ and Gafford was added they started winning games and until Kyrie and the others returned they were on a roll.

If anything, Luka was the one keeping the Mavs afloat. By definition, the MVP. He started strong this season, and he is going to finish strong.

A few days ago, kyrie dropped 40+ in an afternoon game (they won) that went to overtime, during Ramadan. Meaning he didn’t drink or eat anything the entire time. He is an absolute beast.

Unfortunately in the West you have to go through 3 Finals, to get to Nba Finals ....the level is crazy....in the first round, 2 HOFers Dallas will match up 4 HOFers Clippers ....all of them having played a good season.
