RAVEN 2.0 (Raven x PULL Shifting Method) || Self hypnosis + Suggestion + Counting + Affirmations

Hello! I wanted to make a rework of the raven method but actually add to it, and i had the idea to "create" the pull method- a method in which by counting numbers from 1 to 100, you will feel a gravitational pull towards your desired reality (shifting symptom)

This can be a non vizualisation method, and heavily relies on feelings and faith that you will shift. This is primarily an awake method, but can be tweaked to fit a sleeping method- just Intent to shift when you wake up!

method breakdown:

-Relax and get into an hypnotic transe

-Think about your desired reality and trigger a feeling of excitement as if you just shifted

-count from 0 to 100, with the suggestion that with each passing number, you feel a stronger pull of your "consciousness" to travel to your desired reality

-Listen to the affirmations

I have been trying to shift for the longest time ever! Exactly 1 year and 7 months and I've only been able to hear my DR, dream about it, feel people in my DR, or see my DR for less than five seconds. I am extremely grateful that I've at least been able to hear my DR and things like that and I know I'm getting closer to shifting, but I really hope this pushes me closer to fully shifting. I'll update everyone after using this!

I usually don’t leave comments, but after nearly 3 years of trying to shift, (…and listening to Alunir’s channel almost every week) I think I minishifted! But then the reality quickly faded and turned into a regular dream, so I was a little confused and disappointed. At first, I didn’t know how or why I even managed to minishift because all I did was listen to some sleep asmr and fall asleep. But then I checked my YouTube history and realized this video played afterwards and probably convinced my subconscious state. So, thank you Alunir💜

I can feel myself getting closer to shifting, I don't know how to explain it but I just feel lighter and more happy or as if I'm actually doing somthing whenever I try to shift! I fee lreally good results with your videos and I'm gonna shift to my Maze Runner dr tonight!

I needed to share that I had never come across these meditations until late yesterday. I’ve had A WEEK! 😢 I listened to this after work and felt better for quite a while. And then played it as I fell asleep. Mornings can be a challenge because I wake up thinking of ‘issues.’ But today, I woke up with an overwhelming sense of calm, peace, and feeling like everything is okay. Thank you for creating this. ❤️
