Hello . I was thinking at the same waterblock, and here you are with this ...
Actually I am trying to cool a i9-10900K at full load overclocked with Peltiers . The power draw of the OC CPU is around 360-400W.
So, do you think this double 50mm waterblock with 2x 288W Laird Peltiers would be able to cool down the CPU on full load to a 20 deg temp (above dew point) ?
For the water loop I was thinking to fit a 360mm rad / 3x120mm fans for each Peltier.

(I did try on the Cooler Master Cryo AIO on the CPU . The cooling power of the Peltier is too low, somewhere around 120W, meaning the CPU could run only on light loads ... which is disappointing if you want to reach high speeds on full loads . Most I could do was 5.6Ghz on a few cores / light loads)

Why not stack the units instead of side by side, they would lose some efficiency but fit better into sockets
