Alessio, even though his basic. He's no doubt one of the best and versatile mm to use. Due to his early lane poker, sneak attack, flee, hunting down fleeing foes and with his three set item he can also tank at least 3 to 4 fighter or assassin types. He should be there. HOK tier lists is based on the following. T0, T1, T2, T3, T4, T0 being the best, scaling down to T4.
The Chinese server is always one version ahead with other adjustments so I'll base this thread on the last version, which I think is the current version on HOK.
S35 Chinese server, S1 Global server, farm lane heroes only need one thing, during a time of assassins and clash lane. Survivability, as long as you can farm and not die during teamfights you are a good player and if you can offer dps you are even better. So, here is the following.
T4 - Genghis Khan, although he offers dps he has low survivability and is easily targeted. If you don't get how he is bad, when you reach the high leagues. This hero is unplayable.
T3 Low (T4 High) - Shouyue, I don't need to explain, he is bad, he cannot crit with basic and he require high skill to aim his main dps (Skill 2). Once there are tanks he is useless as he cannot deal enough damage. He is a troll pick, if you pick it all 9 players will be scared, both your teammates and your enemies. Your teammates are also afraid because Shouyue is a troll hero. In S36 (which is about the next season for you guys) he is T0, with 2500-3000 damage per basic depending on the atkspeed and damage scaling, and three mobility ranges.
T3 Low (T4 High) - Alessio, He has lower dps than Genghis Khan but he has more survivability. During specific scenarios he can be good, but when you are a first pick he is absolute trash. He takes very long to build items and most of the time he doesn't have a gold lead. So, he is behind on dps (when he has the same gold as the enemy farm lane hero)
T3 High - Meng Ya (Don't know what you call him but he's the boy with two machine guns), He has good dps and is generally easy to play when the enemy picks farm lane heroes who don't have mobility skills. Sadly, this version dps doesn't matter that much, you need survivability and he is had no mobility.
T3 High - Erin, Playable in some compositions but she is the same as Meng Ya, good damage no survivability. If you don't end the game fast, whoever wins isn't in your control anymore.
T2 Low - Huang Zhong, Garo, they all have good dps but when you're playing them without support or tanks its a completely different story.
T2 Honourable Mention- Hou Yi, He is bad and has low survivability, but there has been a new Combo in KPL (Chinese HOK esports) He has long range CC with a long duration which makes him viable in combos with other heroes.
T2 High - Lady Sun & Luban, They also need support but not that much in comparison, they also have guaranteed dps and survivability (Luban has CC from second skill, he can use Skill 3 for vision, if you have good awareness he is good, better dps than Hou Yi btw) They also can counter tanks with Lady Sun being able to weaken enemy Physical Defense, and Luban having even higher dps.
T2 High/Top - Fang, no need to explain he is really mid and he is easy to use.
T2 Top - Marco Polo, During the laning phase he isn't even as good as a bot, but when he reaches the midgame. Rotation and his ability to deal true damage to counter tanks shines. He has 2 Mobility ranges so he can use purify or stun to combo with his ultimate. He only needs (I don't know the name in English) Dagger that inflicts Lightning and Black dagger with eyes on it and the red bow that costs a lot of gold. He can build Defense items which gives more survivability and being able to use his ultimate without worries of being melted. WARNING: NOT FOR BEGINNERS, HE IS HARD TO USE PROPERLY. PEOPLE ONLY SAY HE IS EASY TO USE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT USING HIM IN HIS FULL POTENTIAL OR THE PEOPLE SAYING HE'S BAD SUCKS AT THE GAME!!!

The following heroes in T1 are separated into two, the first group that shows how good they are in high level games, while the second group generally.
T1 (High Level) - Ge Ya (Motorcycle girl) Good mobility, Good damage, and she has simple mechanics with high starting damage stats. No need to explain more.
T1 (High Level) - Arli, Good mobility, Good damage, but at the end of the day her umbrella can't help her dodge basic attacks from other farm lane heroes. Stop thinking Arli is like some SSSS tier hero. She is only super good when laning with Marco Polo because she counters him. If you are being destroyed by Arli, all I can say is GET BETTER AT THE GAME. WARNING 2: ALSO LIKE MARCO, SHE IS REALLY GOOD BUT IS ALSO REALLY HARD IF PEOPLE SAY SHES EASY TO USE THE PERSON SAYING IT SUCKS AT THE GAME.
T1 Honorable Mention (High Level)- Si Kong Zhen, he can be played in farm lane, he has good mobility, good damage, and he has CC. He can counter Consort Yu which is a hero that require no skill but is still very strong.
T1 (Low Skill, General Strength)- Di Ren Jie, Good damage, has CC, can purify CC from himself, and can build defense items while dealing good dps.
T1 (Abusolute Low Skill, made for those without fingers) Consort Yu, good damage, complete immunity to physical damage and turret damage, because turret shots deal physical damage. CC immunity with a click of a button, First skill is hard to dodge, easy to aim, deals 1/3 of your health if you play squishy heroes. (During Laning). Like who made this hero, clicking a button does 2500-2200 damage and you still get these kind of skills???

T0, Easy to Use, Good in High Levels, Mid Skill requirement. Ao Yin/Long. Ultimate with invincibility and mobility. Has CC, and High Damage. No need to explain further.
HE IS FOR BEGINNERS HE IS EASY AND STOP CALLING HIM HARD TO BOOST YOUR OWN EGO.

Luban is very weak against high mobility heroes, especially in early game. Arli is good but once enemy starts snowballing arli isn’t effective since her range is short, especially enemy mm with higher gold will burst her.

it's interesting how different the meta in this game compared to aov, like in aov arli (ellandor in aov) is used in jungle instead of farm lane, considering the damage against single targets makes her clear the entire jungle creeps in a flash, anyway good content, subbed.
