It‘s not just „oh you have a medical degree? I guess you‘re hired, here, do this heart transplant“, doctors have to go through residency and whatnot where they constantly get tested by real doctors to ensure that their work is safe. I know that the US healthcare system is kinda fucked, but it still has very high standards for it‘s workers, since, you know, there‘s ACTUAL LIVES AT STAKE!

Yeah, this is what written exams in classrooms AND having other ways to check if the student knows their sh*t is for. Chat gpt cant get them through everything, and theyll have an actual doctor watching over them while theyre in the hospital when theyre new. No faking that. Cant be on your phone either
