Remember the maintenance guy works for the owner who needed this tenant to be served so I’m pretty sure he had no problem playing along! Sad that these are the tactics you have to employ sometimes but people often KNOW they’re not paying rent and will do everything to keep from getting served court papers, she lost that day though!
