@hatchnhatch Yes, kvintet a. zubov + Garin vibrofon, trio Igor Bril, and greatest russian(Moscow) trumpeter Andrey Towmasyan( live and play today, but very rare).

Sounds like what they tried to base the sound of cowboy bebop, the tv show, on.

I’ve tried to find American bebop with the same feel, but it’s obvious now the creators of that show used eastern bebop as their muse .
