The hardest part about them is that the game dumps 5-6 on you every 2 minutes 😂

Their back is not a weak spot. It is unarmored but takes normal damage.

I run through diff 7 and 8 and i got pretty good at killing them by 2 shots on front leg with with railgun & then 3 breaker shotgun shots. Pretty easy to let them trail you with light armor also.

Call me a charger whisperer but I can usually predict how these things behave. lol I can steer clear of it while clearing out other adds. Or deal with it long range.

The only annoying enemy. Even if you run they will chase you down unless you find a rock and work your way around.

the auto cannon can also easily kill a charger by shooting the back of its legs that arent armored

I seem to need 2 shots with the railgun every time. Should I aim lower? Or does that seem normal?

Also, for some reason that nobody truly knows why, there is a animation vulnerability that Chargers have. When the charger blows through or past you, when it stops and begins to turn around towards its target, during the stationary turning animation (can't be running), its legs can be damaged by ANY WEAPON. Now damage and breaking the armor are two different things, but this is how you can take down a charger with an autocannon. Dodge out of the way, wait for it to stop, and start turning around, where you immediately start unloading your autocannon on a leg, if you get good with it and aren't swarmed and can take your time, you can break the armor off it and another shot to the tender bits for a kill with a freaking autocannon.
