They hide pain VERY well... Our kitty pika had been full of tumors and was still a loving and sweet baby until his last day... we miss him, so you taking care of kurt like you're doing is very important... I'm glad he's gonna be okay ❤

Don't feel bad, cats are exceptionally good at hiding pain. You took him to the vet as soon as you noticed any sign that something was wrong, thereby sparing him any more pain. You did a great job.😊

So great to see how much you pay attention to Kurt! Cats hide pain very well. There are only a few subtle signs to spot it. One example is the way they sleep. When cats sleep completely curled up (so when they look like a little ball) without any support around them like pillows that helps them stay in that position, that means that they are probably in pain of are stressed. Dont be worried it happens once. Only if they sleep like this often. This fenomenon is what we call stress sleeping in cats. Hope this helps!

You are such a good cat dad, so many people would not have noticed, let alone attempted to give their cat a pain killer via syringe! I had a special needs kitty and the syringe meds were always the hardest part. Kurt took it unbelievably well! You are doing so well! I wish more people cared as much about their cats as you!!

My cat about maybe a year ago, had a urine health problem and when we found him one morning, he was laying down not moving at really anything. We took him to the vet straight away and found out about his urine problem. We were even told that if we hadn’t taken him to the vet he could have died. He had to have some painkillers and is now on a special diet for the rest of his life. We even had to take him again because crystals had formed in his bladder. He’s doing fine and I hope he lives for a long life. Stay healthy Kurt ✌️
