Try using a USB 2.0 A-B Cable from your "Win Pc"***, connect cable to your Pc and to the JVC USB Audio port. Then go to control Panel, click Sound, click enable USB audio DAC as default device and close That's how I been using it for over 10 years and no problem with it yet. ** That's if you're using a WIndows PC, as for Mac I have no idea.
