1. P(x)=x³+3x²+3x+1
Anse: Since x+1=0
Or x=-1
P(-1)=(-1)³+3(-1)²+3(-1)+1
= -1+3-3+1=0.
So that, The reminder is 0.We can therefore also say that x+1 is factor of P(x)

=> p(x) = 0
Therefore, the remainder is zero. Hence we can also say that x+1 is a factor of p(x)

2) x = -7/3
On putting this value of x in p(x), the remainder is not zero. Hence we can say that 7+3x is not a factor of p(x)
