Mod i found by accident but it really adds to the dark ritual.

This video shows a mod by TheOneKnight that adds additional scene to Dragon Age: Origins. It is a scene that was originally planned by BioWare but never made it to the game itself. Some time later it was made into a comic and then that mod was made based on it (yes the voice lines are reused). I merely recorded the game using this mod. Alistair and Morrigans relationship is turned in this scene, coming together for The Grey Warden. After this then being nice to each other in Inquisition makes sense.

The broken "yOu.... lOvE....hEr" always takes me right out of the scene but it is a lovely scene nonetheless! I get why they didn't include it but it would've been nice to eavesdrop on this convo in game.

It was so unsatisfying that Alistair and the Warden had no dialogue about the revelation...Alistair literally doesn't blink about the subject 😦

I was hoping for something similar to this in the actual game. Where the PC and alistair is left alone with their thoughts AND then morrigan brings up the ritual. Would have been much more powerful

A beautiful scene, a pity that graphic imperfections. It would worth to have it developed and inserted. I don't think, anyway, this is originally thought by Bioware: dialogues seem to be assembled by parts of the game ones (good work, in case).

This is actually not a deleted scene as many people might think. It's a fan made scene, which can be included in the game as a mod I believe. It's not the best one, but it's much better than the creepy candle one (as many fans call it) we got originally 🤣

I forgot I watched this. Recently, Dragon Age4 videos have been popping back up on my recommendations. Thanks, YouTube Algorithm! I really love this seen. It'd be a great scene to see in my own play-through. I've been kind of wanting to have another go at Dragon Age lately. I just might have to get this mod.

Why did they cut this? It explained why she asked the warden, or asked you to speak to alister!
