In this video I am going to show you how to fix the error:

CONNECTION ERROR
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO A STABLE NETWORK OR TRY AGAIN LATER.
WE COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE SERVER TO LAUNCH ASPHALT 9 (ERROR: 1-3-9).

So if this error persists on your laptop or desktop computer do as in the video guide shown or check your internet connection Wireless WiFi or LAN ethernet connection.

This happened to me in a game but it will also work in other installed software that need an active online internet connection to work properly.
