ABOUT CHICAGO FIRE
From renowned Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf ("Law & Order" brand) and co-creator Derek Haas, the writer behind "3:10 to Yuma," comes Season 8 of "Chicago Fire." Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) runs the Rescue Squad. The firehouse also includes Battalion Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker), a fireman's fireman. Paramedic Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer) returns alongside seasoned veteran Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and Randy "Mouch" McHolland (Christian Stolte), as well as resourceful firefighter Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo). Completing the team are dependable squad member Joe Cruz (Joe Minoso), paramedic Emily Foster (Annie Ilonzeh) and the newest addition, candidate Blake Gallo (Alberto Rosende).

Things won't be the same if Boden stops starring in next season. His patience, the love he gives everyone, his methodology. It will be sad😭

As the seasons progressed Boden’s voice has deepened/become more hoarse. It adds great flair to his character. Eamonn Walker has always been an amazing actor.

Chief Boden's battered helmet is a dedication to the late Chicago Fire Commissioner Robert J. Quinn, who rescued four men out of a building, rescued a 200 pound woman while she was still burning. His biggest Fame was creating the Snorkel truck, built 36 new stations and used helicopters in rescue operations. He was against using the box ambulances and wanted to keep using Cadillacs because " he wanted Chicagoans to go out in style".
It's ironic that Commissioner Quinn introduced helicopters to the fire service East of the Mississippi River while Roland Barton introduced helicopters to the Los Angeles County Fire Departments at the same time. He was on two episodes of Emergency in Season 1 as the helicopter pilot wearing the yellow cap.

I love the entire cast of "Fire" but have special love for the Chief, Casey and Stella. I am absolutely in lust with Mr. Kinney/Severide. He is "top of the food chain juicy" along with Atwater from Chicago PD!!
👑💋💝💓❤💗💕💞

I love the "father-sons" vibe between the Chief, Casey and Severide. I recently saw an episode I had never seen of "Fire" where the Chief, Casey and Severide went to pay their respects to the fallen first responders in NYC at Ground Zero. So emotional and heartfelt -- I was crying my eyes out. Well done One Chicago World -- well done.👏👏
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Unfortunately it wasn't any video of the personal parts of his life. Like the relationship between his ex-wife and her son. His father played by The original Shaft actor Robert Roundtree. Or when he was trying to make the decision to marry his current wife Donna.

There other episodes of importance. My people through the years that tried to challenge his authority. How hard it was for him as Chief to stay and power and to keep the unit together.

He's a incredible actor and it's just a lost opportunity. Enjoyed watching movies he stared in. He's very passionate.

One of the things that disappointed me about the show; they didn't take advantage more of his incredible skills.

He was the main reason I started watching the show.

For those in the know if you watch this Oldie series called (The Bill) A UK police series like mid 80's you can find the actor that played Boden in season 4 of the Bills it's interesting to know his mannerism he uses in Chicago Fire started from that series like his hands on his hips when he get serious or explain something or the expression in his yes I thought originally it was something he did in chicago Fire but it done this Decades ago in The Bills plus he is alot smaller and not as big as he appears cause he younger but its interesting to see
