Karli Walter has been testing the new Volvo FL for seven months. Working in Switzerland, he drives between the ski stations in the Alps to dense traffic in urban areas like Zürich, which puts a lot of pressure on the truck's flexibility.

If I ever needed one of these trucks, I'd be buying it for the enjoyment of my truck driver, whom is, of all my employees, one that is of utmost value and interest to keep in my company. I shall spend thousands of extra dollar on a high class truck for him because the value of my company is all about how quite the cabin is and how comfortable the driving experience is for my truck driver.
