Yeah but can you imagine this rpg having the open world environment that skyrim has but with the great story telling of the witcher and the great combat it has as well. Most humble and passionate gaming company ever:
-They consider what the fans want and actually implement them and not just say they "listened"
-They know that they could make a great profit by partnering with some wealthy company that could end up changing the game to look ridiculous so they don't take that route and stay faithful to their fans even with the risk of a lower budget.
-And because of low hype and not selling out, their fanbase truly appreciates their work.

That is apparently their philosophy. Not have producers get their dirty fingers in something they don't understand as much as the developers and fanbase do and rush them into the market. Don't you remember their "release date: when it's ready" for Cyberpunk 2077?
