I saw an interview with a guy who said they saw the guy climbing up the ladder with the gun to the top of the building . They literally pointed him out to the police and some secret service that were near and said none of them responded. One literally said "ok" and turned around then the shots started being fired! Thats just insane.

This is very pathetic. The whole area should have been secured at a thousand yard radius, but it was not.
