Got the back plates along with the black controller. At first I thought it didn't look that great but now I've gotten use to it I think it looks better!

I noticed they way the you took off the face covering made it slide across the console leaving the marks on it. I suggest you look up some videos on how to safely remove it. It has helped me out a ton 🤣. Also the black cover plate gives it that og look 🔥. I also think limited edition cover plates could happen, but I see a limited edition console happening as well despite the problem with getting a PS5 in hand and production being slow.

Black does look nice I was thinking about the Starlight Blue. Ps2 Ps3 and ps4 were all black might change things up but black just seems so right for ps5. Question, how did you get the retro ps1 symbol for the cutout bit on the plate?

I think EVENTUALLY they might make limited edition consoles that changes the actual black color. But I’m ok if they just keep making different console covers. I kind of like the idea of having 1 console that you can just customize yourself. I’m getting the red, looks awesome to me.

I think I’d be content with just changing the faceplates for console aesthetics. I gotta go with black after watching this. Your videos are high quality. I love these nerdy techy self care console stuff. Very fancy and exciting. I’m thinking about installing a Sabrent SSD and heatsink!
