Hi i am facing this problem, ([12:03:54]1[1]Can not connect to the T&A machine) what can i do for this.i already connect the device with lan cable.

already connect the device with LAN cable but unable to search the device by crosschex. Is that we need to set the IP for the device 1st or can set the device IP from crosschex?
The model used is T5 pro.

I had set two identity functions for Admin RF+FP


but now I can only enter one FP


because I have no RF


Please let me know how to fix this

Hi, when I calculate the attendance, it shows auditing of so&so data 100% done, but then my device always reflect
"the microsoft jet ....cannot find the input table or query ....It seems unable to find the file I want to calculate.
Appreciate u yr help . Tks

I have a A300 and want to hard reset it (factory settings). This is beacuse i cant make it sync with crosschex. How can i do it? Please i've been trying to find the answer on different forums and nothing.
