Whoever wrote the headline is stupid. The Federal Reserve is not "the feds." It's The Fed, for short. The feds means something else all together. The term refers to the powerful law enforcement and administrative agencies of the federal government, like the FBI, the ATF, the EPA. The Federal Reserve is not that.
