[MK7] Purely Random Items

This is a hack I made for MK7 that will give you a completely random item, regardless of your placement. This took me a grand total of 30 seconds to make, so there may be small issues.

In order for me to be able to put this into my plugin, it has to be a RAM hack instead of a ROM hack. Due to this, the game will still think you'll have the original item, so the icon, roulette, and buttom screen will be off. The original item does not effect the new item, though. A random number is generated by the plugin and that number is your item ID.

I would like to have the rapid fire, and Item Limit Modifier codes for Rev 0 v1.1. Those would be the 2 I would mainly use because they make the game much more fun. :|
