I can barely juggle up to 30 but have had trials at youth academies like Paris FC. The number of times you juggle doesn't mean how good you are at football, it only shows how familiar you are with the ball. Don't let juggling frustrate you or anything, focus on everything else and the juggling will come naturally

I managed to get -7 juggles. I did so bad my dad called me a disgrace and sent me to the laundry room to think about my life.

I coach youth soccer and I prefer a kid who can do 4 juggles under control than one who can do 10 chasing the ball around the field.  Don't worry about the number of juggles you get.  Juggling is all about touch.

I have my kids start off with one juggle and one bounce...focusing on no rotation and getting the same height each time (around hip or chest depending on your age and size of ball).  Then the progression goes like this:

Get to 4 juggles--always with control!
Then sets--what ever combination you do copy it with the other side of your body.

For example:
r-r-r-l then l-l-l-r (set one)
r-l-r-l then l-r-l-r (set two)
l-l-r-r- then r-r-l-l (set three)

Do three sets and progress when you can do sets consistently.  Progress to 10

Then go back down to a set of 4 and do different surface areas.  For example:

r-foot, r-knee, l-knee, l-foot then l-foot, l-knee, r-knee, r-foot
r-foot, l-knee, head, r-shoulder, l-foot then l-foot, r-knee, head, l-shoulder, r-foot

progress until you have sets of 10 touches.

Every once in a while mix things up and juggle walking forward, random stalls, walking backwards, tricks--remember keep it fun.  Changing things up will also help you develop the neuroconnections too.

The thing is, I find it really difficult to keep the ball straight as I am juggling. I always kick it some where else everytime.
