Legacy of Yu (Unboxing)

In this video I unbox Legacy of Yu from Garphill Games and Shem Phillps. This is a solo, campaign board game based on an actual historical figure from ancient China. It was on Kickstarter and had just fulfilled when I filmed this video

Shem Phillips has made a huge amount of well loved Board Games. I've only played a few of them, but with him as a designer I knew this would be a quality game when it showed up on Kickstarter. I also loved the idea of a solo campaign game that didn't necessarily take up a ton of time with each play.

As you'll see in the video, the art and components of this game are very pretty. I really enjoyed seeing everything as I recorded. Hopefully you'll enjoy it too!

I just got mine last week and I am waiting for the right time to enjoy my first play. I don’t want to pick a day when I’m doing chores and being pulled away for this or that. I want to be left alone to dive in to the story. I’ll even put some soft guzheng music during gameplay 👍
