Kim knows what's going certain chords where missing in the beginning, and it clearly bothered her. She's a musical genius and perfectionist. The choir sounds really nice as well. Tight work!

Kim Burrell is such an amazing musician/singer that I'm sure it gets in the way of her sincerity when singing. That being said, her being such a great musician/singer, she knows how to guide the musicians to where she wants them to go. As a pianist, you should be EMBARRASSED not to catch her cues when she SO PLAINLY gives them to you!!

UPDATE: After a third rewatch, I'm EVEN MORE perturbed at the piano player. THIS. IS. NOT. YOUR. PIANO. RECITAL!!! They're so busy on the piano and forgot that they're not the focus of the song - the lead singer and choir are. They didn't even catch when Kim wanted them to start the BTC party of the song, AND SHE DID A BIG ARM GESTURE TO LET THEM KNOW!
