Welcome to a belated sneak peek/first look unboxing of a recent new release from Diamond Art Club! This is "Hades & Persephone" by artist MrsButterD. I adore all things mythology and the Hades and Persephone lore specifically, and seeing them rendered in MrsButterD's gorgeous, warm art style is so lovely! It's also nice to see a round drill kit, and in not too large a size, too. I love this one!

I have been diamond painting since the beginning of the year but actually never bought anything on release day, until now! 😆 I love the artwork and the colors in this one and the size is perfect too, and of course the round drills! So excited to work on this one but I think I will save if for next year and work on it around Valentines Day. 🥰

This was a must buy for me, as I recently read the hades and persephone series by Scarlett st. Clair. The first book is called a touch of darkness. Plus, I love the art style!

I bought this one so fast 😅 I have every Persephone kit DAC has licensed now lol I'm not sure I love Hades' colors, I think it would be a great juxtaposition if he was darker than Persephone. But now that I'm more comfortable with alterations I'm thinking of changing the color of his clothes when I get to this painting 😊

Not my normal taste but I really really like this!!! Wonder why crown doesn’t go all the way around ? Not sure if that would end up agitating me 🤔

🐞I am beginning to enjoy some of MrsButterDs paintings..I think I am just too old to imagine Hades looking like a Disney character..I have discovered that I lean toward more serious, darker more realistic paintings..🤗

Why don't they label the AB with the DMC # like they do with Fairy drills. Or are they totally new color?
