Nah, decline dumbbell benchpress is one the most useless exercises, the lower chest is already priotitised in any dumbbell benchpress excercises, instead, focus on either incline dumbbell benchpress or just a flat bench

If you wan to build an aesthetic physique, then sticking to the basics to start with is probably the best way to go about things. However, you need many more than 5 exercises to be able to target each part of your body. If all you really needed were 5 exercises then it would probably be the following:
1: Incline dumbbell press
2: Some form of lateral raise variation.
3: Some form of squat variant (I.e barbell squat, Bulgarian split squat, hack squat, pendulum squat, etc)
4: Some form of rowing variation (rows can be used to target both the upper and mid back, depending on your grip and hand positioning, therefore from a purely aesthetic perspective a rowing variation is all that’s needed for your back)
5: Dips.

Nice workout, for my warm up i do 5 minute of farmer carries

And my 5 exercises are:
Overhead press
Lat pulldown (I can't do chin ups yet)
Bench press
Squat or Goblet squat
Leg curl



Let me know if ithis work out is decent to lose weight and get a bit of muscles.
