I learned how to do this in 2 weeks with no prior experience. It was that or go home. Made up to 600$ a day.

Honestly the most important thing is DONT FORGET THE SLEEVE other wise I'll end up with a useless perfect splice but U have to splice again 😓 some Times I do that routine error😂

what if one of the fibres had a high loss and the others had the traffic on how you repaire it

This is the only part of fibre i HAVENT done...ive picked up, transported, coiled, taped, un-taped, un-coiled, pushed, pulled, damaged, buried, exposed, protected, lashed, racked, unracked, fibre... but never spliced
