It has Fabric Clip that you can wear with your yoga pants or jeans.  You can wear it with a belt or without.

I do recommend your wear snug pants when you wear it with no belt.

The pattern did wear off a little but not a big deal to me.

I did forget to mention that I’ve talked to some women that have used this holster with their purses!!  They use the fabric clip to secure it to a purse pocket.

Yo you need to spray a clear coat over the flamingos before you loose them completely!
