Why can't you do a Unbeaten th10 but the town hall is inside the base not outside.

How the air defense got destroyed with only 3 lightning spells at 3:52? After the update air defense hp was increased by 10 points and it couldn't be destroyed with 3 lvl 7 lightning spells. I think that this attack was before the update.
