These tips on using PS are so useful, and far beyond the base documentation. Really helps bring out the capabilities in XProtect software.

I just found your channel, very useful.
I would like some advice on how I can check what rights a user has on a particular camera, for example playback, read view etc.

Hi, is it possible to replace a camera using MilestonePSTools? If for instance it's not possible to log on to an older version of Management Client, but the Management Server is running as it should. If then a camera needs to be replaced, it would be great to be able to use Powershell to click the "Replace"-menu

Hi Josh, thanks a lot for the amazing PS Module and your video tutorials in general.
I need to develop something to migrate cameras information (names, streams and recording settings, groups, acl) from another VMS to Milestone.
- My first idea was to make loops and update camera properties with your PS commands.
- After watching this video, a second idea could be to make a Camera report to CSV, updating the CSV and re-importing the CSV to Milestone ? Do you think it's realistic ?
I don't think I can use commands in my case.

This is pure GOLD! Can't belive I haven't found your channel before.
Is it possible to get "Total Used space" here as well?
Could you do a Event Proxy walk through as well?
I have been tinkering with it, but not gotten it going the way I want to.
I would like to trigger an event when another event has been triggered x-amount of times within a time frame(let's say 60 seconds).

Wow. Where has this been my whole We have just under 250 cameras and managing them is beyond painful. Is there a way to include a current screenshot of the cameras next to the camera name?
