Hello guys agr aapko acne problem h to..aap apne face pe soap ka use na kre nd clean towel se face ko poche or jbtk acne reduce na ho jaye tabtak koi makeup na apply kre face pe or morning uth kar saliva apne acne area m lgaye.. Or max 7 8 glass paani piye daily..and aloe vera gel ka bhi use kr sakte.
