I wish there were points around the buildings, much like a Zip point so you had better control of where you’re going and there was a skill base that improved as you used ODM gear. I always find myself scraping across the ground or stuck behind a building 😅

how (and he wasn’t the character you play in the final battle expansion) is because he died sometime during season 3. Maybe against Kenny’s group, maybe against the armored and colossal in the return to Shiganshina, or maybe against the beast titan. Because he interacts so much with Eren, Mikasa, and Armin, his death impacts them more than any other in the series. It hits them so hard they decide to try and forget him. Everyone else does the same. Completely purging him from their thoughts because it hurts too much. When remembering battles where he was instrumental to the victory, they simply cut him out because they can’t bear the thought of him. Also, the reason he didn’t make top ten in the cadets might be because he knew he was joining the scouts. He wanted to give people who wanted to go MP a shot at it, so he intentionally did mediocre on his finals so that others could place top ten. If he’d given his full effort, he would’ve made top ten or even top five. But he was joining the scouts anyways, so no need for a top ten placement.
