How to Enable Hidden 'Administrator' Account in Windows® 7

Do you know that there is a default 'Administrator' account in Windows® 7 that is not visible? It is disabled by default but can be enabled if required to make changes to other Administrator account.

The command to enable the administrator: "net user administrator /active:yes" (without quotes)

Looks like you folks dont reply.. can you remove a program using the command prompt? If it is administrator protected - regular user cant delete it - can it be deleted or uninstalled? Thank you

I NEED HELP! What do you do if there is no administrator account on your computer? When i was doing the steps in your guide, after i clicked "Run as Administrator" it told me I needed a password before i clicked yes. I don't remember the password nor do i know how to type it in in the box that it provides me. The only option i have is to click "No" and the box shuts and nothing opens. Please respond i need help quick, because i can't download or open anything up.

I am the only admin on my computer but there are 4 other family members with profiles. I had no admin password for it my profile..just clicked through the prompt always. Suddenly I can't logon and i  get the user profile service failed mssg. My understanding is that your video fix for that only works from the admin's profile and that's the one that's not working. And that this fix won't work for me I have no password for the admin password query.  Suggestions? I am afraid to start any of these techniques since I don't understand what I am doing and hate to mess it up any worse. Many thanks.
