How do I pair the fingerprint reader? Those codes do not set it into pairing mode on this one by tuya

help me, in Tuya App i got 4 device. 3 devices shows the device is offline and 1 more device shows online . Before this it show online and fully functional but today it show offline .I have been using this for about a year . Can you help me how to solve this?
