Zoom and Pan With Mouse

If your mouse has a scroll wheel, DraftSight allows you to take advantage of this functionality. Scrolling back and forth on the mouse wheel will allow you to zoom in and zoom out of your drawing. Holding down the mouse wheel will allow you to pan around your drawing.

Cannot for the life of me find how to change this.
