Fun fact: They apparently DID nerf Moonveil Katana, it just wasn't listed in the patch notes. It seems they reduced the posture damage of the weapon art.

I am actually a bit sad about this patch, not cause of all the weapon nerfs, but for boss nerfs. I really wanted to fight the same Radahn that made everyone and their mother cry for their mothers. Now I know he's still gonna be hard, but I wanted to experience that legend in his original glory you know

The real winners of the patch were bleed builds, since all the Arcane-scaling bleed weapons got their bug fixed and now actually scale with your stats after the patch.
Definitely a necessary fix, but boy are people quite obsessed with bleed weapons atm.

Fun fact, they did nerf moonveil katana. They slowed down the weapon arts and it deals less stagger damage to bosses now.

I've been using Moonveil without knowing how good it is, and it apparently got shadow nerfed (not in patch notes), but I recently learned how good it is. So even after the nerf, it's still really good. Main reason I use Moonveil is because I wanted to be a magic swordsman, and I know nothing about Souls games so it just happened.
