I’ve been confused about him. When Britney Spears was having a manic episode, he was at his gym, Britney is feared missing, he’s out jogging, Britney is feeling isolated and unheard, Sam stages a paparazzi encounter. Do they even know who they’re dating. Because I stay believing he was on her payroll, like all of her bfs have been, and the relationship is one way in each persons head but neither is the reality.

Of course he is bad for her, he is a narcissist and I am sure Britney is the devalue stage and he is treating her like garbage. It is the narcissist way. She has been in abusive relationships her whole life. She has no idea how to protect herself.

I have never had a good feeling about Sam. It really makes you wonder if he's the leak.. especially for TMZ.. because going to that event- really put the spotlight back on him- in light of this week's revelations. I feel sad for Britney.. she has endless evidence not to trust the people closest to her.. and that would make it hard for any addict to get clean and serene. Environment is everything. Maybe Sam going to the premiere means that the things written about Britney are blown way out of proportion. Or that Sam wants us to believe that. However, if Britney really was in as much danger as those outlets have led us to believe, there's no way that Sam would ever have gone to that premiere.

Interventions might look cool on TV, but that's super outdated. In the real world, we know that doesn't work. She has to either want help or do something that raises the danger so eye they 5150 her. That's the tough part of being with someone who has SMI... you need a lot of patience. If she's struggling with any psychosis, she might like FEP programs. That stands for First Episode Psychosis and they're evidence based, outpatient programs that help the whole family:)
