Update: Update on the boat. Ready to drop in the water. Everything works. Rewired. The issue with the fuel has been solved. Did not have enough gas in tank for pickup tube to reach with the boat tilted. Put in 4 more gallons and leveled the boat and Viola! Tuesday boat run. one last thing for all you boaters that might have the same problem. The tank is poly and it was deformed to where the pickup tube was angles thereby not drawing gas straight down but sideways. Will add a hard foam to wedge between the tank and the upper part of the decking to force it back into position.

I had this problem after anti-siphon cups were installed in my fuel tanks. When fuel all the way up it wouldn't allow air in as the fuel was used leaving one side fuel why the other would drain.
