Whenever I play as a Male character in this game, after all the main story is finished, and the battle is over, I bring him to the veterans hall. He clears through it, and stands behind the microphone. He listens to the holotape Nora made for him one last time, and with both wedding rings on his fingers, he delivers the speech he meant to give all those years ago.

War, War never changes.

This song gives you “homesick for a place that no longer exists” vibes

Currently serving on Submarines. When I'm away I listen to this on my own in a quiet spot, with nobody around at night. It's perfect.

I've literally just noticed that the 'Welcome Home' sign is there to mock the Sole Survivor.

He has been asleep for 210 years. Everything around him is gone or has been changed.

This masterpiece... it brings me to tears.

Not just because of the emotional scene they depict....

but because this could all very well be true.

My great granddad was in WW2. He killed alot of his enemies. He had survived through that whole war, no injuries whatsoever. He lived a long and good life. I love my great granddad with all my heart. He made society better before the bad situations of today. Before the Vietnam War... Before everything. If he were alive today, I would tell him the quote the main character says. "War never changes". I love him and miss him so much... God rest his soul in blessings. <3

I knew a German lady who grew up in Berlin during WWII. She told me that it is never the people's war, it's always the government's. They tell the people what they need to hear to support them. This game, I think, captured that understanding.

That moment at 3:39 when the violins in the background come in full swing, pure masterpiece. Love this soundtrack.

remembering this game makes me tear up sometimes, the nostalgia, the branching choices, the beautiful story, the building aspect, and the immersive gameplay, i played it 5 times and i can say it is my favorite game ever, i got sad when fallout 76 failed, i just hope bethesda comes back with an amazing fallout 5 (obviously single-player) that just astonishes players.
whatever people say, fallout 4 will always hold a special place in my heart, i haven't experienced any flaws with the game and i extremely enjoyed it.

But a arrogant child, a rebellious teenager Matures
it takes time, but happens eventually
As for War....

When the world ends, however it may end, if I live to see it, I will be playing this to the bitter end of my existence, hopefully, whatever happens, the full 4 minutes 48 seconds gets to play its sweet song. If the world is able to rebuild itself after whatever happens, I wish to be alive to see it, and if I'm not, then I'm not.

war...war never changes. in the year 2005, my father serving on the internet, wondered when he would be able to upload his family videos. he got his wish when YouTube was created. the internet awaited an influx of terrible videos. instead, something miraculous happened. we began to use YouTube not as a waste of space, but as a nearly limitless source of content. people enjoyed videos once thought possible only in the realm of imagination. web shows, home made music videos. tech reviews. but then, in the 2010's, people awoke from the YouTube dream. years of uploading, lead to shortage of any originality. the entire website unraveled. peace, became a distant memory. it is now the year 2016, and YouTube stands on the brink of total war. and I am afraid. for my channel, for my wife's. for my infant son's. because if my time on the internet taught me one thing, it's that war...war never changes
