I TESTED a 100% Always Win Trading Strategy with RSI Indicator - MUST WATCH VIDEO 😲

What if we try a so-called “100% Always Win Trading strategy” together with the RSI indicator? that’s what we are gonna explore today.

This is a bit different from the video we have previously made where we tested a hedging strategy that seems to have an "Always Win Rate". In this video, we go over a martingale strategy and test it with the RSI indicator.

So, make sure to read the following disclaimer, and let’s give this strategy a shot?

Well, do you believe in a trading strategy that works all the time? I don’t but according to basic probability rules that’s possible, but how?

Let me give you an example, let’s say you decide to play a game with your friend using a coin. there are two rules for this game.
You will flip the coin, and if it’s tail, your friend will give you a dollar. otherwise, you will need to give a dollar to your friend. so you are risking one dollar in every single round. That’s the first rule, but what about the second one?

We have received many requests after publishing the 100% win hedging forex strategy, where we tested a trading strategy that we purchased from a Forex guru who claims that it is a no-loss trading strategy.

We have learned some facts about hedging strategies and whether they are zero loss strategies or not, but in today's video, we try a martingale strategy, if you are familiar with this system and how it is used in Forex, you would know that it's theoretically a no loss trading strategy.

Well, You can play as long as you want to, but if you lose, the risk goes up to $2. if you lose again, the amount goes to $4, then 8, 16, $32 .etc.

Whenever you lose a round, the following one will have two times the previous risk. This is the martingale system.

let’s suppose that you have $10,000 that you can afford to risk in this game.

If we do some basic calculations we can realize that the only way to lose the entire $10,000 is if we lose 14 times in a row.

This video is done for demonstration purposes, in fact no loss trading strategy doesn't exist but it's important to know why and this video is made to demonstrate the limitation of martingale trading strategies and the fact that it should never be considered as a no loss trading strategy.

Two rules.. don't trade high impact news 2 hrs before or after.. second use a cent account .01 lot per 20kusc second use 1.5:1 not 2:1 and add a trailing tp to catch the long move.. also half your tp from 70 to 35 martingale is about getting in and getting out... also use an exponential pipstep add 10 pips ti each move so 35-45-55-65.. it allows you to cover more ground at less risk

Would love to see how this strategy performs with a 200MA. RSI is never over sold in a down trend and never over bought in an uptrend. This will be the weakness of this strategy.

Great stocks and I just bought in on them, but I'm interested in making short term profit, let say turn a $150K to $500k in 6months, I'd appreciate tips on how what stocks to buy to make this much profit.

Pls back test for RSI 3 period below 30 signals downward candle movements now once candle breaks previous high its a buy entry, continue trade until previous two candle low below closes or if closes below 5 sma, for buy mode overall price should be above 50 sma....Also parallely once price breaks previous 2 candle low if RSI3 hits back above 70 will be an again buy entry, back test this in 1 hour and daily time frame...

A good way to make small profits that are not really worth it because you need a huge capital to counter margin calls and you'll end up with very little profit .. it's a cool one just not professional

It should start with negative powers of 2. For instance and max exposure in this case is 8 units even no. of positions are virtual infinite. The second rule is the correlation with hitting the moments of 50 RSI where DCA is the most efficient.

The main problem with the strategy is that in an unpredictable market if you have a very bad luck, say you lost 10 loosing trades, you will blow up your entire account.

Years ago I used this strategy at the casino because I didn’t know it was illegal, lol! It worked on the money wheel 8 out of the 9 times I used it.

Also martingale can be applied really to any trading setup. Its really just a hedging strategy. So if you have an already high win rate setup 70%+ then why not apply it there? Martingale strategy was applied to casinos originally . The markets arent the same as a casino. And gamblers fallacy doesnt apply here. If you know what that is then you know WHEN it isnt applicable. The market has memory and previous data can definitely affect future outcomes. All i can say ive been applying variations of this for many many years now and its made me very rich

I have an idea of having a strategy with 60-70% winrate on a 2-1 payout, use Martingale with a Maximum dubble up times, and if its fail 3-4 times I take the loss.
and as you said, stop trading when big news are coming.

Hi, how about the grid system applied to the RSI strategy above?

The strategy is not enough or poor. Hedging alone is a gamble. A trader that wish to use this, should have more confluence of when trading should take place. Here, let me share mine for you to add or consider:
a) Trade-in bias to overall market direction - first entry hedge should be along the market direction
b) Trade on volatile time and pairs
c) Avoid placing a trade when in ranging - it will consume all your lot size in the account
d) have a control risk management per how many sequences you wish to have in your trading base on your risk

This hedging strategy shown above will be more complicated especially if the broker is using a commission. While spread needs to be considered as well where most of the time, your SL will be hit first before the TP or hit your SL then reverse, and not hitting your TP is also part of the risk. Cheer$$$!

Perhaps if the take profit was 10 pips and your daily growth rate was fixed too, the results would probably eliminate the high drawdown rate as your lot sizes gradually grow.

This is gambling this is not a strategy

This strategy works fine in a sideways market, the thing is to find an indi that added to the previous RSI code would allow the EA to work in low volatility stages, maybe ATR, and filter out hi volatility markets
