Cheese Wallace ('Wallace & Gromit' - Stop Motion Sculpture)

I sculpted Wallace from Aardman Animation's "Wallace & Gromit" in stop motion from a 40lb block of sharp cheddar. Cheese was leftover from a different project with Tillamook cheese, that would've been thrown out. No cheese was wasted, it was either given to friends or eaten by me! (and couldn't be donated due to FDA rules) Characters & Music belong to Aardman Animations.

Ok but can we all just appreciate how well this was done. Stop motion is really hard and the fact this guy did it with his hands in the frames is really impressive. I'd like to know how it was done.
