Cisco 88XX Factory Restore

Please follow the video EXACTLY!
1. Unplug the phone.
2. Re-insert the cable and hold the pound (#) key until you see the 3 lights at the bottom right of the phone: headset, speakerphone, and mute keys light up, go out, and then only the top 2 buttons, the headset and speakerphone buttons turn green, let go of pound (#) and you start dialing 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9*0# *notice* When you begin the light for the headset will go out and when you successfully succeed in running through the entire dial pad the mute button will turn red. If it doesn’t turn red do it again until successful.

DIALING SPEED!
-Too Fast - if you go through too fast the Cisco logo will pop up early letting you know to slow down, start over.
-Too Slow - follow the tempo in the video and you will be fine. If you are too slow the Cisco will pop up before you are done but late in your dialing.
