Let me tell you, the leader is only successful if he choose right people for the right job. The best part of BJP Govt. is that the PMO is very strong and centralized. As Mr. Swarup agreed that most of the decisions are quick but HR related decisions are getting late. It is obvious that PMO wants to select right people. and it takes time.

Look some great peoples in Modi's ministry. Shah, Gadkari, Sitharaman, Goyal, Vaishnaw and Jaishankar.
