sir u r the professor of audit so u I thought U analysis the paper from the professor point of view and not from student point of view the paper should be analysis from student POV. As u study all the materials 1000 times so u got the paper easy what about students who have to study other 7 subjects too.

I focused more on the first line of the question stating that he hasn’t submitted the report for 2 years and accordingly is professionally negligent of his duties. Given reference of several SAs including 705. Didn’t think from a confidentiality angle. But stated his right to representation as per sec 140 of co. act
