Half of the information about input delay and stuff is Just Placebo.

The others were bugged and Actually for a time were Pay to Win. But of Course that was due to Bugs, by now all Pickaxes should be the same in terms of being a cosmetic and Basic harvesting tool for people to use and not a tool to abuse for competitive reasons.
