This hard combat achievement can be one of those annoying ones where it does require an RNG element with your special weapon but you should be able to get it after a few attempts (hopefully your first!).

Just blood barrage the spawns its less expensive, heals you and your runes don't run away if you die

This is so infuriating. Every time they spawn, they're too spread out and I can't kill them fast enough >=( The one time they didn't, I got overwhelmed trying to get my specs ready and got hit with the teleport explosion and died

Oh man, I would have had this one lol. Right after the teleport and explosion, two d claw specs did the job but I couldnt see one scion under him before that and it matured :(
