Ghost Dance explained - Path of Exile 2

I explain how the ghost dance spirit gem works and give a few tips related to it. Right click to activate and then gain ghost shroud stacks every few seconds to recover 5% of your evasion as energy shield when you get hit and spend a shroud. You can generate shrouds faster with reduced skill effect duration nodes. This skill should be better on builds with high evasion and a bit of energy shield. #pathofexile2

The sad state of armour is so obvious when ghost shrouds recover more damage than armour prevents.

Is it worth upgrading with gem cutter? The skill effect bonus is empty. What improves if it is worth using gem cutter?
