Not sure if you realized this by now Omniarch but with the expertise, not only does the AOE get buffed by 200 but ALL targets hit with the AOE now take the damage over time effect

The expertise modifies the additional damage to whoever is hit with the active skill? Or am I tripping?

Whenever this commander is leading a rally, this active skill will cast the burn effect onto its target.

Burn: Whenever a garrison is hit with the burn effect it increases the burning speed of the flag or fort by 4% and increases the Normal Damage Taken by 2% (Can stack up to 5 times)

If you have scipio primary you get health debuff off for both skill casts, and you get support tree which is arguably better than skill tree!

Can you talk to vip about the pioneer achievement and potentially updating the commander expertise achievement so it can be a little easier to reach the ALL OUT RUMBLE FRAME. Especially with the idea of reverse investing sculptures to commanders doesn’t sound fun for the sake of the frame

The 300 extra dmg in the expertise now affect all troops (3 targets). Without the expertise the 300 extra dmg only applies to the current target
