Written pattern as follow:
R2: (dc, ch3, skip 1 stitch)X12 R3: (2dc, ch3)X12, each dc stitch make 2dc
R4 ch6, (use ch3 sp 2nd and ,3rd stitch and the following dc stitch to make 3dc, , ch3)X11, 2dc
R5 2slst to move in ch3 sp 2nd stitch, (ues ch3 sp 2nd stitch, 3rd stitch, the following 2dc stitches to make 4dc, ch3, )X12
R6 ch3, 2dc, (ch3, ues ch3 sp 2nd stitch, 3rd stitch, the following 3dc stitches to make 5dc, )X 11 2dc
R7 ch3, dc, (ch3, ues ch3 sp 2nd stitch, 3rd stitch, the following 4dc stitches to make 6dc, )X, 11 , 4dc
R8 ch6, (ues ch3 sp 2nd stitch, 3rd stitch, the following 5dc stitches to make 7dc, ch3, )X11 , 6dc
R9 2slst move in ch3 sp 2nd st, (ch3, 3rd st 1dc, in the following 6dc st make 6dc, total the shell we have 8dc, skip last dc st of the shell from last round ,then ch3), repeat ()
The clue is in ch3 sp the 2nd and 3rd st we make 2dc, skip the last dc of the shell, so each round the shell add 1dc, it means R10 the shell should have 9dc, R11 10dc, R12 11dc, .......R21 20dc.

R23 10dc, (ch3, dc+ch2+dc, ch3, 16dc)X11, 6dc
